I cannot recommend Mr Anandan and his team highly enough. They are fantastic, calm, kind, open and honest. The communication is second to none. I had my laser eye surgery last night and the whole process was smooth and informative. The team took such good care of me, having laughs and jokes and making sure I was happy the whole time. Mr Anandan was kind and considerate, listened eagerly and has helped me no end. The results have been outstanding less than 24 hours later. I was super nervous going in for LASIK. When I got there, Dr Anandan explained what was going to happen and all the nurses were super reassuring. The procedure was really quick and I was talked to throughout. I could see the next day which was great, definitely worth it!

Can’t rave enough about how pleased I am. Went for my first follow up appointment yesterday (the day after surgery) and my vision is already better than 20/20. Dr Anandan and his team have done a really amazing job. The day of surgery I was very nervous but I really needn’t have been. The whole team were just so lovely and really put me at ease, from the moment I got there I felt well attended to with a very helpful Dr who walked me through pre & post op. Then, I was only in the actual operating room for what felt like 2 minutes and it was done, I even said to my partner that it was kind of fun in there, thanks to the team who were looking after me. I had such terrible eyesight before and I can already tell that this is going to improve my quality of life so profoundly. My advice to anyone considering it would be, go for it! Excellent service from the initial consultation right through to the surgery itself.

Mr Anandan was fantastic at the initial consultation, he explained a multitude of options having carried out the required tests. We opted for Bilateral Presbyond which was exactly what I had hoped for, meaning I wouldn’t require glasses for short or long vision requirements post the treatment. Other providers of laser surgery advised they would fix my long vision but in turn, I would still require glasses but this time it would be for my short vision…this seemed totally pointless. It was only through extensive research that I opted to approach Mr Anandan to see what the viable options were and I am so very glad that I did.

The next phase was to see the optometrist Harinder and what an absolute superstar she is. She carried out countless tests and took the time to explain all activities to me never leaving any questions unanswered and made me feel like she had all the time in the world to spend with me. Such a brilliant lady.

Surgery day arrived and I was greeted by nurse Abby who again was wonderful. She carried out the required pre-op tests and was such a delight to talk with, putting my mind at rest (ultimately someone firing a laser into your eyes is a pretty nerve wracking thought!!) She explained what would happen in the theatre itself and what I could expect of the environment etc etc, all helped to settle my nerves.

Before heading in for the surgery I had one last catch up with Mr Anandan to make sure all was as required and then it was off for the treatment itself. The team all appeared to be well drilled and professional with a calming influence on the environment which I found very beneficial. The surgery seemed to go well, everything was run with exceptional punctuality and I was soon waiting to go home with all the eye drops and information nurse Abby provided!

The next day I went back for a checkup and once again everything ran like clockwork, Mr Anandan was pleased with the outcome and my long vision is already brilliant in comparison to pre-op. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome so far and I only hope my vision continues to progress over the recovery weeks / months.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Anandan to anyone considering eye surgery!
